2009 DIVE IRELAND
UNDERWATER PHOTO COMPETITION
| We hold our annual divers photo competition this month. All photographs had to be taken on the club trip on the weekend 28-30 August. The location was Coral Beach, Galway and although conditions were not ideal, the standard was high. This is a fun competition, only compact cameras could be used and for some people this was the first time using a camera underwater. | |

| And so for the winners ---- Sean Cross took the main prize for his excellent dogfish portrait while Tara Fitzgerald took the beginners prize with an unusual but beautiful photo of drifting sea-weed. Well done both of you and everyone else who took part. | |
